Riding a horse gives you a full body workout. The multi-directional movement of horse riding shapes and tones your tummy, buttocks and thighs, while developing good body posture and balance.
Horse riding also helps improve your stamina, pulse
rate and blood circulations.
The unique multi-directional horse riding especially
the trotting results in:
Slimmer Waist
The tightening of the abdominal muscles will also work
towards giving you a taut and slimmer waist.
Firmer Thighs
As you ride, your inner thighs will reactively tighten
to grip the saddle for you to remain on top.
Shapelier Buttocks
The sway and lift of the body motion will help strengthen
your back and shape, tone your buttock muscles.
Results based on a 30-minute horse ride over twice a week over a period of 90 days.

practice Natural Horsemanship. Learn the physiology
of the horse and how to lead role in your relationship
between you and your horse to create a strong bond.
